Re: Sources: Falcons' Hall asked to be traded
He would be an upgrade over Brown, not sure about Hill depending on how much he progresses as a player. But you're getting the attitude and maturity issues along with it. That's why I'm not inclined to join in on this one. Let's not forget the reason Hall and the Falcons now seem to be at odds is because Hall accumulated 67 yards worth of penalties on one drive in Week 3 and allowed the Panthers to extend a drive that would lead to their tying the game. Maturity and sportsmanship is definitely an issue.

ramsbruce, lighten up. It's not like this franchise is overwhelming the boards with positive news right now. I don't think ramsfan16's ideas are so far-fetched and even if they were, everyone knows this isn't freakin' Madden. Pisa is a good LB, fairly young and could potentially fetch some value in a trade for in this case a disgruntled, yet talented player.

Ok so you don't think his idea is far fetched, but I do. I get it, he's your buddy, but it has nothing to do with "lightening up" or how positive or negative the board is. For me it comes down to reality. I have seen many "Madden" type trade threads and to me this one is no different.

Re: Sources: Falcons' Hall asked to be traded
Would you still put him above Fakhir? The only thing that DeAngelo has going for him IMO is speed. He isn't a good cover CB, he bites on double moves way too often and always gratuitously makes the pro bowl based on name. While at the same time, he feels the need to brag to opposing players about how he always makes the Pro Bowl and about how much money he has.
I'd rather have Fakhir at this point. Even with his off-field problems, he's a better mentor for Hill.
