Sean Jensen, of the Pioneer Press, reporting for AOL Sports, reports unrestricted free-agent LB Lance Briggs (Bears) is expected to sign with the San Francisco *****.

What's interesting is that even with Marts there they are still concentrating on defense more than offense as far as signings go. You would think QB and a few WR's would be the #1 priority....guess not.

Briggs and Willis will make a pretty good combo. Too bad we'll run all over them.

If we don't get our offensive line together we won't be running over anybody. Meanwhile, the Fortuniners appear to be getting stronger, at least on defense.
