Thanksgiving Throwbacks

Ok so does anyone know what happened to the traditional thanksgiving throwback week in the NFL?

Usually all the teams wear their throwback uni's on thanksgiving day, nfl.com shows the classic logos instead of the current ones, etc.

This year only the Cowboys wore the throwbacks and there is no throwback theme on nfl.com. Did tradition just stop or what?

I'd love to see more throwback in the NFL. Not just on Thanksgiving, either.

Me to. When was the last time the Rams wore the throwbacks? Ever since they changed to the new uni's in 2000 I can't remember one time where they went retro.

I dont think Georgia would allow throwbacks. Shes not to happy with her so cal fans. They did not exactly give her the going away gift she was looking for.

They wore the old blue and gold in St. Louis to though from 95-99, didn't change until 2000. She didn't quite give L.A. any gifts either but that's for another thread.

Yah thats true but I think you would traditionally wear an older uniform than 95-99 as a throwback

Yes, especially on a week like thanksgiving. They would go back to the originals, I'm talking Cleveland Rams originals. I wouldn't mind seeing the old blue and gold every now and then though.
