Time Well Spent.

I find myself at work with a lot of time on my hands. Understandably, I've been exploring all of the vicarious delights that the internet has to offer. (Well, not ALL of them) One of those delights are the sports polls that crop up on various networks internet sites.

The latest one to catch my eye was "Who do you think will win the NFC west?"

Now I'm not an unabashed homer by any means but the result of this poll couldn't have been any more unscientific if Homer himself had a hand in it:-

:seasux: 47%

:l 17%

That glaring 25% just goes to show that for all the words you'll see devoted to the hidden depths of pre-season, hope invariably truimphs over experience.
