Vikings | Culpepper, Williams claim discrimination in boat scandal
Vikings | Culpepper, Williams claim discrimination in boat scandal
Thu, 2 Mar 2006 12:22:44 -0800
The Associated Press reports lawyers for Minnesota Vikings QB Daunte Culpepper and RB Moe Williams have accused a prosecutor of racial discrimination. The attorneys served a motion Wednesday, March 2, asking for the dismissal of charges against the players. The lawyers claimed that prosecutor Steven Tallen charged black men but ignored possible crimes by two white men in the team's boat party scandal.
Now I'm not racist but seriously african americans or blacks are beginning to blame everything on discrimination and frankly its getting old. Now like I said I'm NOT racist but its the truth. Its getting old.

Ok, hypothetically even if this was racist how would that mean the charges ought to be dropped? That has to be one of the dumbest defenses I've ever heard. If there are more guilty parties, they can be tried too.
