oh now HE is ready..HE wants to play..what a pleb..dont he remember his behaviour last year when it seemed he was on the verge of quitting the game?

his agent needs to tell him that he needs to stay with the Titans and work on salvaging his reputation around the league..because as it stands right now,although he has got some skills to be a decent QB if he polishes his game up..the word that most would have to put next to his name is bottler!

It's not like Kerry Collins was winning any games for the Titans last year. He just had to not lose games with their running game and defense. I hope Vince Young gets his chance again. Tennesesee did get to the playoffs with him at QB.

The agent for Titans backup quarterback Vince Young says that Young doesn’t want to be traded if he’s not the starter. Even if Young himself recently said just that. “Vince’s desire has always been to compete for the starting quarterback job in Tennessee,” agent Major Adams said. “Even before they drafted him, they asked him if he thought he could compete for the starting role, and he said yes. He has always been a starter and that is his mindset. He has not asked to be traded, and in fact, is going to an event at Bud Adams’ ranch this weekend. Plus, he was in there working out [Monday]. If he didn’t have a desire to stay there, he wouldn’t be doing any of that.” Adams says that Young will be attending an event this weekend at owner Bud Adams’ ranch this weekend.

Tons of talent, but just hasn't been able to adjust fully to the NFL. He was pretty incredible there for a while his rookie year though.

I read on FoxSports where some CFL teams are going to make Young some offers. I don't think he's that desperate yet.

sounds very possible ole Vince is becoming MI.. Right age and sounds like some bi polarness.. Ofcourse being in the spot light is enough to cause it.. I still think Vince has a chance.. I'm sure there is more to his story then the public knows

He'll get his chance this year. Collins may not lose a game for the Titans but he damn sure won't win one. VY took the Titans to the playoffs his rookie year. He's still young and he's a winner.

I still have faith in him. He can do it.

I think it's a benefit for him to be able to sit on the sidelines and learn the game from that perspective, rather than being thrown into the fire. Kerry Collins won't last long - Young has to have some patience.
