Warner wont be able to hold up
Warner wont be able to hold up if this continues to happen
In the second quarter, he spotted his new favorite target, Larry Fitzgerald, running a deep inside route. Warner fired. Cowboys linebacker Demarcus Ware made a belated rush to get Warner, but the ball was already heading to Fitzgerald for what ended up as a 31-yard touchdown pass. Warner took a shot and came up shaking his left arm. The hit caused a bruise on the inside of his left arm.
Re: Warner wont be able to hold up
Perhaps durability is becoming a recurring question? Of course, protection is a must, but how many shots can this Statuesque QB take without losing a step or two?

More like steps three and four....I think he lost step one and two a long time ago.
Re: Warner wont be able to hold up
His "drop" is becoming a "Stand and Take it". Soon a broken pinkie will sound like a vacation. Shame. He was so great before Defenses figured him out.

Good point, I agree.
Re: Warner wont be able to hold up
Isn't it funny how opinions vary. No less than 4 different posters over on a Cardinals board were praising Warner's footwork in the pocket and his ability to move within the pocket rather than just bailing on the play and taking off to run.
I haven't got to see the game yet, since I have to wait for the replay on NFL Network but I don't think he's taken a sack yet has he?
Re: Warner wont be able to hold up
I wasn't implying he couldn't move around a pocket, just that he was never what I would consider a mobile QB.
