What media favorite NFL "story" are you the most tired of?

Which would you be happiest to never hear again?

To me its the RGIII story, for the simple reason that its so NOT NEW.

Two years ago, it was Michael Vick who was changing the QB position.

Last year, it was Cam Newton.

    This year, its RGIII.

The QB position is not changing. Its still primarily about standing in the pocket and making accurate throws to the right receivers.

QBs who can play more of a college-style run/pass option game can (as we've seen recently) have great success for a season (or maybe two). But, eventually, NFL defenses adjust to the systems, and success or failure depends on the basics (i.e. throwing accurate passes to the right receivers).

I think RGIII can be a top NFL passer. He has a much more accurate arm and a better feel for the game than either Vick or Newton. But, in the end, if he sustains his success, it won't be because he runs a great option play. It will be because he has excellent QB skills.

So, no... RGIII is not changing the QB position.

Is there "other"? I'm tired of hearing the Cowboys chosen to be the lead runners of the NFC Ewww before the start of the season and how they're hyped out throughout the Nation. At first it was hilarious, now it's just aggravating to hear now and then.

I've had enough of hearing about T-E-B-O-W. I don't really care what this guy had for breakfast I just want him to sit on the bench in total silence.

    Ahhh...anonymity! How sweet the sound!!

I'm still sick of Favre-gate, and that ended awhile ago.

It annoys me when they are always talking about the Jets. Their coach always gets hyped up along with how great there team will be, and then its always some sort of disaster. Now they have the QB situation that should have been decided a couple games in. ARGH!

First half of the season it was Tebow. Second half it is rgiii.

I wouldnt even be that mad if they gave Andrew luck more credit. Because he deserves way more than rgiii
