What is most misunderstood by fans

that the running of a real life NFL team is a lot different than playing franchise mode on Maddens.
that every single player in the NFL is actually at bare minimum a very good player..you might think a player sucks because he misses a tackle,fails to block a blitzer or gets an interception, but thats forgetting the quality of players they are facing.
even a Nick Leckey or Drew Bennett are very good players by any standard other than the elite NFL.

i think what goes on in the F.O and Coaching is misunderstood to by your average fan..

the fact that a team needs players who fit the schemes...too many fans want players they deem great without thinking of how they would fit in with the style of play the coaches want.

We as fans think we have a clue about what goes on inside a locker room, the draft war room, in the huddle, on the field, etc. However, the more I listen to players on sports talk radio the more I realize we don't have a figgin clue what's happening in these areas.

Most players say the locker room isn't important but boy all the talking heads who never played tell us it is. Most of us think that mentoring goes on but ask Brett Favre to do it and he'll say hell no, no one did it for me. Some think Bulger doesn't have leadership skills but listen to Rams players and they tell you different. What do you think is the part of the game that we as fans misunderstand most?

It is actually simple buddy. Everyone want's to be in the"KNOW". Sorta like politics and if if you are"Not in The Know" act like it anyway. There is very little instance that will hold "Reporters" responsible for their actions and/or league sources.

5 mile run for me better be in a car to go on a beer run. I would need an oxygen bottle if I literally ran 5 miles.

Oh, hell no...lol. But I can do it in under an hour, which is fine for my age.

I wouldn't worry about it. Take your time, slow down and show off your stamina. Your significant other will appreciate it....
