Why Are The Dolphins Allready Better Than Us?
I'm watching the Dolphins offense against the Patriots defense. The Dolphins went right down on this vaunted Patriots defense and scored a touchdown. Their playcalling was unconventional and effecient. Their pass protection was GOOD.
Then I watched their defense.. People were covered and double covered downfield. They got two sacks in a row against the Castle kid.
I mean, my God.. They may not make the playoffs but what would it be like to have a team that you thought had a shot? It's really amazing watching a Bill Parcells team versus ours. His team's do all the little things REALLY WELL ALMOST ALL THE TIME. Our guys don't because their not coached too..
Shame..

Experience, combined with the ability to teach the fundamentals. We do not have this in a HC.

That's what happens when you put a football guy in charge of operations.
"Before the gates of excellence the high gods have placed sweat; long is the road thereto and rough and steep at first; but when the heights are reached, then there is ease, though grievously hard in the winning." --- Hesiod
