WOW, I really thought the Patriots were going to sign him.
Not all that surprising. He's from Texas and rooted for the Cowboys as a kid. Not many people get the chance to play for their favorite team from childhood, so I'm sure he was thrilled to hear about the Cowboys' interest in him. I bet Miami fans are glad he didn't stay within the division.
Looks like the Cowboys are going the Patriot way now. Sign old, washed up veterans. I don't mind one bit :)
