Here's what I have mapped out so far, just to give those interested a little more detail. Everything is subject to change according to whatever the website (FleaFlicker.com) allows. Most of it's basic and should be within the restrictions.

- $25 entry = $300 total for 12 teams
- 1st = $150
- 2nd = $75
- 3rd = $50
- High $core Award = $25

TD Pass = 3pts
Int = 0 pts
25yds = 1pt

TD Run = 6pts
10yds = 1pt

TD Rec = 6pts
10yds = 1pt

FG = 3pts
XP = 1pt

0 PA = 12pts
1-6 = 9pts
7-13 = 6pts
14-20 = 3pt
Sack = 1pt
Int = 1pt
TD = 6pts
Safety = 2pts
KR/Page Ranking TD = 6pts

3 - QB - 1
5 - RB - 2
6 - WR - 3
2 - TE - 1
2 - D/ST - 1
2 - K - 1
total = 20

Notes
- trades approved by commissioner - if challenged, take a league-wide vote
- draft picks can be traded - difficult to assess value so use at your own risk
- FA starts @ 8am EST on Tuesday
- dropped players go on waivers until the next waiver period begins
- waiver order resets weekly based on reversed standings
- FA ends at player's gametime
- unlimited transactions
- 4-team playoffs at Week 15 & 16 -- top 4 by record (points as tiebreaker)
- the remaining 8 teams will compete in the Toilet Bowl bracket - Weeks 15, 16, 17?
- winner of the Toilet Bowl gets the 1st pick in the draft
- the rest of the draft slots go according to final rankings
- all teams can win the High $core Award through Week 17
- 4 keepers at any position, but can only keep starters
- keepers announced 1 week prior to the draft (but prefer Aug 1st or earlier if allowed)
- a 16-round draft will be held to fill out rosters in the final week of preseason (starting 2009)
- the draft spots for this year's inaugural 20-round draft will be randomly chosen by an online Draft Order Generator
