OK all, the draft day for both leagues is August 24th. What you need to do is PM, with your email address, myself if you want the automated draft or Evil Disco Man if you want to live draft (you can still do automated in this one by pre-ranking your players. Any questions, let either of us know. It will be run through NFL.com.

I see we have 11 teams in the autodraft league. How are you doing in the live draft league? how many teams have signed up?

According to NFL.com there is not going to be a league drafting live on the 24th. You didnt get the 12 team MINIMUM prior to the deadline(24 hrs b4 draft) for the league to be confirmed. Should have went to YAHOO where there is no minimum number of teams required to launch a league. 10 teams is usually more fun than 12 anyhow...more talent to go around.

We were suppose to have two leagues. The Clanram blue FFL seems to exist for the moment and it says we have an automated draft scheduled for 8/24. This is the automated draft, not the live draft. I don't know what happened with the Gold FFL.

Does anyone want to play?

Yes I understand...I had signed on for the live draft but there was only 6 on board. I have opened a live draft league on Yahoo drafting this Sunday(28th) at 10:30am CDT. Those 6(and any others) who wanted to draft LIVE on the 24th are certainly welcome.

This is a somewhat advanced league featuring 3 individual defenders rather than a team defense. Points awarded for solo tackles,sacks,ints,forced fumbles,etc...also get a point per reception for WRs and RBs...more strategy. Requires a bit more knowledge of who's who in the league on BOTH sides of the ball...not exactly for beginners but I dont think many here are.

The blue division didn't get enough players either so there will be no draft for that division. Maybe we should try combining the two or just go over to yahoo.
