Players of the Week
Travis Peters, Salisbury, QB, LaPlata, Md
Peters averaged 15.8 yards per carry scoring three touchdowns in his first collegiate start as Salisbury defeated Greensboro 54-20. He ran for 158 yards on 10 carries and was 7-of-13 for 91 yards.

John Walther, Brockport, LB, Webster, NY
Had 14 tackles, broke up a pass and had a tackle for a loss as Brockport held Frostburg State to 56 yards in the second half in a 24-10 conference victory.

Rookie of the Week
Tony Scott, Apprentice, DB, Norfolk, Va.
He had two pass deflections, an interception in the end zone and four tackles as the Apprentice School defeated Chowan 19-6.

Special Team Player of the Week
Chris Carlton, Wesley, K, Wilmington, Del.
The junior placekicker converted on two field goal attempts (32,35) and made four of five extra-point attempts with the miss being on a botched snap as Wesley defeated Kean 40-7.
