Fresno St.

Bulldogs are giving USC all they can handle.

I know USC is a very powerful second half team, but there has been alot of upsets today.

Come on Fresno State.

Re: Fresno St.

That was a great effort from Fresno state. You gotta love a program who's motto is "anybody, anytime, anywhere".

I would love to see Pat Hill get a chance in the NFL. I wonder if any teams may be looking for a new head coach at the end of the year?

Give the Heisman to Reggie Bush now.

If UCLA doesn't knock off the Evil Empire, Texas will!

Oh believe me UCLA has them this year. If you remember last year they pretty much had them until Drew threw the pick with 1 minute left in the game. They werent even ranked then! Bring ON SC were ready!

Re: Fresno St.

UCLA can't hang with USC, no way. Not enough on the defensive side of the ball.

Fresno State was all in Matt's face, and that's how you get to USC. You can't stop Reggie Bush, that guy is a freak. However, pressure Leinart and you may get a turnover or two which Texas will all day long.

Re: Fresno St.

USC/UCLA is a good rivalry, I went once in 1986. Aikman was a JR at UCLA and Peete was a SR I think. Gaston Greene ran all over the Trojans that day.

However, Texas/OU is a big one.....Michigan/Ohio State is a big one.....

BUT NONE MATCH ALABAMA/AUBURN. That rivalry causes people to get shot.

Re: Fresno St.

As far as who gets the most airtime and attention in the media USC/UCLA ranks tops. For Now.Thats why I say their the biggest rivaly in college football. It dips at time, but even when USC and UCLA are no good that game always gets great National attention.

If you only knew the hatred this cross-town rivalry seethes with, you would understand why UCLA/USC is second to NONE.
