Gettin' a little edgy there with big bad Texas comin' to town? I don't blame you. Did I say SC didn't play anybody? I don't think so. My point was that they have not shown they are invincible and have had some very close calls against teams that in the end, were proven to be mediocre. ASU ended up 7-5 and Fresno State lost their last 4 games to go 8-5. Hardly the stuff for a "greatest team ever" claim.

If you want to see a team that dominated over the entire season, you'll see them tonight. Texas destroyed every opponent they faced with the exception of Ohio State, who was far and away, stronger than any opponent SC faced. Oh yea, Texas beat them.

SC has a great team and may very well win tonight, but "greatest team ever", no way.

Re: Texas or USC?

I'd like to see Texas win, but I'm thinking USC takes it. Either way, I think/hope it's going to be a good game. The BCS bowls this year have really been great contests.

One I never made that claim.

Two I am just tired of all these haters who are not even fans of the Texans opening their mouths to discredit USC. Regardless of what anybody thinks of their schedule they also have beaten the big teams in the Bowls. Say weak schedule all you want, at that level of competition going undefeated for 3 seasons is incredible.

...huh? I can't tell if you're actually saying he's a good tackler or if you're being sarcastic. I've seen him make a number of very good tackles tonight.

Well then you've missed him being in on a number of good tackles, including a nice open field tackle on Dominique Byrd to save a first down.

Re: Texas or USC?

LenDale White would be making a big mistake if he doesn't declare after this game. He's having a monster showing tonight, and could propel himself into the top half of the first round.
