Re: Los Angeles Dodgers
No... the Montreal Expos became the Nationals...
For those with their head in the sand:
They play in a city called Toronto, located in Ontario, which is found in Canada.
The big country to the North (up) of the states.
They're team name is called the Bluejays, like the bird. They are in the AL East.
Thank you.

Re: Los Angeles Dodgers
Hey, Tommy Lasorda used to pitch for the Expos!
Yes, I knew the "Jays" were in Toronto and that they even contended for the title a couple of times...RnD

Anyways back to the thread entitled LOS ANGELES DODGERS.
Tomko is a no no. Granted the birds are tough on pitchers but man Tomko just shows no consistancy on the mound.LET'S GO DODGERS

Re: Los Angeles Dodgers
Up 3 in the 1st, give up 4 in the 4th only to rebound with 6 in the bottom of the 4th for a 9-4 lead...
Lowe is lucky he is still in the game.RnD

Re: Los Angeles Dodgers
I have a great feeling about the RAMS and Dodgers this year. Got to see them April 19th in Denver. Beat up on the Rockies pretty good that day, mismatch.
I think they have not even hit full stride/swing yet. Force to be reckoned with, if I may.:l

Re: Los Angeles Dodgers
If their bats stay hot this and the starter pitchers stay consistant this is a world series contendor. Penny scares me though with his late season back woes. He is our ace he needs to get in a little better shape so his gut dont break that back again come september.
Furcal is catching serious fire, Ethier is getting hot. Martin, Garcia Para, and Kent have been good all year. Juan Pierre is really becoming a baller. This team is awesome lets just hope they stay strong all year.LET'S GO DODGERS

Re: Los Angeles Dodgers
Only 120 games left in a season of hot and cold streaks, but the fact we seem to be able to hold our own vs the better teams sees to bode well!

Re: Los Angeles Dodgers
Bad baseball all weekend Im very diassapointed. I also want to know why Wilson Betemeit is playing terrible all the way around and is still on the team. LaRoche is a good fielder and is an all right hitter. Betemeit needs to be dropped to the minors for awhile and reminded how important it is to play in the majors.

Re: Los Angeles Dodgers
Laroche made a couple of errors and maybe Littlee sat him to get him some rest and see if Betemit could hit while in the lineup instead of while pinch hitting?
Regasrdless, it didn't work out in losing a sweep to the Halos...RnD
