Wouldn't you like to see a Hansbrough/Love matchup in the final Tx?

If I may Butt in here? I would love to see Hansbrough go up against Love.

We have to get by Memphis first though and that won't be easy. However defense usually wins the big games and UCLA plays a great defense.

Good, the underdog role works for me. I wonder if this spread takes into consideration Memphis' backup point guard Andre Allen's suspension?

My mistake. I was under the impression that Allen was the backup coming off the bench. He has the highest assist numbers of all the reserves, maybe that's where I got confused.

Well, it's kind of skewed. Antonio Anderson has been playing backup point in the tournament. Allen played that role mainly in the regular season. However, he really screwed up early in Mississippi State game and Calipari benched him so far down the line that he didn't keep a clipboard copy of turnovers.

I'll say this, if the suspension of Andre Allen has ANY ramifications in the UCLA game....then Memphis didn't belong there in the first place.

You're probably right Tx, but losing a senior who is the top assist man coming off the bench while providing 14 minutes in the rotation per game could have an impact in a close, hard fought contest. At least I hope so.

I just saw footage of Kevin Love making a full court shot at the Alamodome. That guy is a freak. What a talent. Looking forward to the matchup between him and Dorsey today.
