Re: NBA Finals / Los Angeles Lakers vs Boston Celtics
Once a huge Lakers fan, I've been down on the them the last several years because of Kobe and all his antics, but with a matchup against the Patriots of the NBA and memories of Bird, Ainge and M.L. Carr, there is NO WAY I'd EVER root for the Celtics, so I'm back on the bandwagon.

Re: NBA Finals / Los Angeles Lakers vs Boston Celtics
I don't know how many of you saw the game last night? I have to say (even though the Celtics came back from a huge deficit and won the game) that was one of the best NBA games I've watched in a long time. I am a diehard Lakers fan but came away from that game giving the Celtics a ton of credit. While watching the LAKERS blow them out in the 1st half with everything bouncing right for them. I paid particular attention to the Celtics players and their body language. Garnett was hanging his head, Pierce looked lost and the Celtics team was in a state of shock. Give DOC RIVERS a ton of credit. He revitalized his team in that 2nd half. He put the right bodies on the floor to disrupt the LAKERS offense and more importantly their defense. Rajon Rondo and Kendrick Perkins aren't ready for this high pressure playoff basketball and DOC recognized that.
It's looking pretty bad now for the LAKERS but it's not over til the Fat Lady sings.
GO LAKERS!!!!
