Well since my father's favorite team the Redwings knocked my Avalanche out (pretty bad too

I hope the Wings win. That way I can say my team lost to the champions.

Most sports fans would say the Red Wings, based on the fact that Detroit was the dominant team the last time the NHL was relevant and seen on TV about five years ago.
