before she designs another outfit. Man, she looked like an idiot in that get-up.
Of course, if tennis reacts (as say, pro golf would), Serena's dad will cry racism.
But, geez... a little tradition is not necessarily a bad thing.

What?!....denim & leather isn't proper exercise material?
unless you're a rodeo clown, of course.
Tradition said that golf and tennis were white men's sports. I'm not so sure that some traditions are worth upholding. If the new generation wants to remake some traditions, that may not be such a bad thing. On the other hand I am opposed to baseball hats being worn during tennis matches even if they are all white ...
Oh please. Don't try to put a "only want white men playing" label on me.
Serena's outfit was just silly looking, and made a mockery of the game's tradition of tennis attire.
What I said doesn't imply you're racist, just that the intolerance meter went off. If she thinks she can carry off mocking the traditional tennis establishment, I like seeing her try.Quote:

That's an interesting question. Would Landetta look and punt better in leather leggins'? I think I'd be intolerant of him wearing leather and shorts too.Quote:

She looks very hot. But, on a tennis court, she looked like an idiot, plain and simple. Nothing about tradition, just common fashion sense.
