Who's the MVP of the NBA in your opinion?

The NBA generally gives the MVP to the player with the better team won/loss record. At least that seems to be the trend. Being a Lakers fan I obviously think Kobe deserves serious consideration and he or LeBron will probably get it.

However I voted for Wade. He doesn't have the surrounding cast that any of the other three I've listed on this poll have.

I'm sorry, but as everyone is entitled to their opinion, I happily agree and disagree with the comments about Wade "not having the supporting cast," well... no, he doesn't. And guess what, that just looks like Lebron did last year, amazing, but lonely. And with that loneliness, was failure.

Also, yes he doesn't have the guys, but he also doesn't have the record to compete with the others. I don't see how this can go any way but James / Bryant, and obviously Bryant is behind at this point, which I find interesting that he has less than Wade. But, I think unlike Lebron and Wade, the Lakers can "Consistantly" win without Bryant with their team. I think that's my vote getter. If you take Lebron off the Cavs lineup, you lose, Ala the last game of the season. If you take Wade off the court, they lose. If you take Kobe off, Gasol, Bynum, Odom and crew are still going to rip apart their foes. So, how much of the Lakers is Kobe, and how much of the Lakers is the stretched out defense playing them? The defenses have to account for soo much more...

I think Lebron deserves it. I think he earned it last year, and even more this year. I think that there should be no argument on the case, and that is all I have to say.

If a computer evaluated the players based upon individual stats alone, Wade would win.

If you based it on which player, if removed from his team, would leave the biggest crater, Wade would win.



Lebron will win.
