Re: With the 15th overall pick, the St. Louis Rams select Tye Hill, CB, Clemson
That was nicely done. Draft down but still get the guy that a lot of people thought you would get anyways who is a good value at that pick AND fills a need -- plus spin an extra third rounder out of it. Can't ask for much more.

i like the pick lets just hope the rams address the defensive line postion with someone like maybe in the later rounds like frostee rucker and as early as 2nd round pick with orien harris or the DE out of alabama anderson...

Man, it must have been a good pick if a Seahawks fan can even see the positives in it.

Re: Hat's Off to draftNick!!
I guess I didn't make myself very clear. I mean that his picks are right on the money and clowns like Kiper and Mike Mayock didn't do as well as NICK.

Shoulda got Cromartie. Been saying it for about 2 months.
Cromartie has a 44 inch vert and is 6-3

I was deciding over Cromartie or Hill as well. Cromartie seems like the ultimate boom or bust pick, but you can't ignore that lack of experience and injury history. Any I still like our Hill pick, hopefully he turns into a superb corner.

Hill is a safer pick compare to Cromartie
If the Rams pick Cromartie he would have likely got injured and busted out, just to make us fans angry!

I think Hill was a great pick considering the draft-position. Can't wait to see him on the field. Good work with the trade as well, hope we get some value out of it.

Not sure I understand this Hill thing
Now, don't get me wrong I like the pick as a player but check out the depth problem...now what??
CB's
Fisher
Butler
Brown
Hill
Groce
Bartell
Anderson
Safety
Chavous
Atogwe
Carter
Is it me or does it seem like we are little deep at corner? Are we going to move someone to safety?

Re: Not sure I understand this Hill thing
I believe there is talk of moving Bartell to FS.Are we going to move someone to safety?"Before the gates of excellence the high gods have placed sweat; long is the road thereto and rough and steep at first; but when the heights are reached, then there is ease, though grievously hard in the winning." --- Hesiod

great pick lets hope he can produce the goods earlier than the predicted 2 years experts are saying will take for him to develop into a starter and be one of the top rookies next season

I don't think he will be a dominate rookie because it usually takes corners longer to adjust to the nfl.
