2 first round picks?

Would you guys take the Cowboys 2 first rounders (and other picks) for our #2 overall?

Our first pick (#2 overall) is worth 2600 pts on the draft value chart, while the Cowboys own pick #22 and #30 in the first round valued at 1400 in total. For the trade to work, the boys would have to throw in their 2nd and 3rd to make it feasible.

Bottom line, Cowboys take our #2 overall pick and send us the #22, #30 and an additional 2nd and 3rd rounder. Thoughts

IMO if this did become an option then the Rams would have to seriously consider it. This team isn't 1 or 2 players short, it has plenty of hole's to fill and at the end of the day you build a young team that can grow and develope together thru the draft. Yes free agency can give the opportunity to give a team that missing piece of the jigsaw but this year the draft MUST go well for the Rams to come out of the doldrums sooner rather than later..

Jerry Jones is crazy but to think he would gamble the future of dallas on his boy from arkansas when he already has an established RFA in Marion the Barbarian. Although, I guess he could put a tender on him where he could get some of those picks he gives to the rams back in letting Barber go. Any way it would be hard for this to happen and it would prolly be a sweet deal for us. Now if we got dallas' picks we could get a lawrence jackson and a malcolm kelly.

I'd take this in a heartbeat. As another poster pointed out, we have tons of holes to fill.

Also, we wouldn't be saddled with a "top 5" salary.

Finally, this seems to be a draft with a lot of talent, but not much elite talent; so I think that draft value chart is probably a little less top heavy this year than is typical.

this is nothing but a pipe dream. Will never happen. In order to make this worthwhile to us, they'd have to throw in both their 1sts, their 2nd and 3rd. So basically the Cowboys have ONE pick in the 1st three rounds. Nobody would put that much into a back, even a Darren McFadden.
