I'm not against Suh. In fact, I'm very much in favor of that selection. However, I can't help but remember......

All I'm saying is EVERY year Player X is the best at his position to come out of college in a long time. Sometimes he is, sometimes he isn't.

So while I am very much in favor of that selection, I can't help but at least wonder.......is Suh the best DT to come out of college in a long time; or just this year's model of the best DT to come out of college in a long time?

HUb this years model always looks better until you refurb the old one to look as good as new. However, when was the last time you saw one DT really dominate game in and out like Suh did? I went back and looked at a few Huskers games this year that I hadn't seen and Suh was just as dominant during the Va Tech game as he was against Texas.

Can you imagine being a fan of a team that won their last game of the year, only to have that win push them down to the #2 pick so that they get ryan leaf instead of peyton manning? I dont want that to happen to the rams with Kong Suh.
