4/05/07 Rams Mock

Round 1. Darrelle Revis, Cornerback, Pittsburgh
- Rams would like for Okoye, Carriker or Anderson to be there but there talent has them being drafted up earlier in the Draft, and sources close to the Rams say that the Rams are 'luke warm' on Alan Branch. He's a true cover corner and is a very good Punt Returner as well.

Round 2. Demarcus 'Tank' Tyler, Defensive Tackle, North Carolina State
- The Rams are thankful that this tank falls to them in the second round, he's a beast up front and causes alot of havoc for opposing offenses running game.


Round 3. Quincy Black, Linebacker, New Mexico


Round 4. Chris Henry, Running Back, Arizona


Round 5. Eric Frampton, Safety, Washington State


Round 6. Yamon Figurs, Wide Reciever, Kansas State


Round 7. Andrew Carnahan, Offensive Tackle, Arizona State

Round 7. Brian Daniels, Offensive Guard, Southern Mississippi

Round 7. Abraham Wright, Defensive End, Colorado

our 2nd round pick is #52 , i doubt that tyler will be there at this point. if revis is the best player available , by far , you have to take him, it's the only way a team gets better, no matter what the position.

The Rams need a DE on the 1st day.

I think that the Rams are strong at CB and if they don't go DL should look at S over CB.

Figurs might not be available in the 6th round but Chris Henry is a good choice in the 4th round.

Yes sir, thats why lately I haven't been picking Alan Branch in my Mock Drafts, maybe that'll change your mind on the Rams drafting him too!

Honestly, it really won't. I have my doubts as to whether or not the Rams opened up their entire draft portfolio of feelings to Jim Thomas. If Branch is there at 13, I would give him very strong consideration. If you're the Rams, you sort of have to automatically since you've done nothing to improve the position in free agency.
