Love the idea of Tim Day in the fourth, IMO he's early third. Little lower than Klopfenstein.

Re: 4.14.06 Mockdraft

Looks like a pretty reasonable draft. Greenway's not my favorite choice for the first round, but I wouldn't be upset about it either. Day's a good choice if there's an early run on TE's and we miss out. Watson could be very good nose tackle, but ideally if we take two DT's I'd prefer one to be more of a pass rusher in the mold of Glover. Brad Smith could wind up being a great value in the 6th. He'd definitely be a project whichever position we ultimately decided to play him at, but the payoff could be big.

Re: 4.14.06 Mockdraft

I'm a lurker around here, post very rarely but read everything.

RF16, I think this is one of your best mocks. Like people have told you in the past, the late first and early second day picks are a little optimistic, but more realistic this time than they have been.

I'd be OK with Greenway. I think Sims is going to be a better 'backer 5 years from now, but I think Greenway can be an impact guy instantly. Still hoping Huff falls to 11.

Gabe Watson is an interesting pick. No question first round talent, and would provide instant compitition for Kennedy. His game-day work ethic has been questioned, but certainly he would make Kennedy work a little harder in practice, at the very least.

I also love Minter in the 3rd, Day in the 4th, and Smith in the 6th. You'll have to keep your fingers crossed for those guys to be around at our picks in those rounds, but I do think there is a decent chance at least a couple of them could end up being great value picks for the Rams.

Nice work.

Re: 4.14.06 Mockdraft

i liked how you helped our offensive line in the 7th round and its great that you chosed brad smith..... Greenway would really be a great addition... so how would the linebackers go like WLB, MLB, SLB if we got Greenway?

Re: 4.14.06 Mockdraft

The linebackers would look like

WLB Chad Greenway
MLB Will Witherspoon
SLB Pisa Tinoisamoa

A very talented set of Linebackers if you ask me!
