    One thing though. It says Alston is only 224 but doesn't appear it. He looks huge

    I would have preferred someone with more bulk, but it looks like Haslett really wants his front seven to be quick at the expense of size - former WLB on the inside and Wroten drafted for the D-line rotation.

    I don't think Alston beats out Chillar to start as a rookie at the start of the season, but he could down the road. Hard to tell.

    I heard Alston could play SS. Move Alston to SS. He is 6'1" 224lbs and runs a 4.52.
