I like Bruce and I am grateful for what he did but he may never retire until his wheels fall off. Much like Jerry Rice. I think we need to get younger and find a good replacement its just a shame they never found a proven replacement before letting him go.

Whiners agreed to terms with WR Isaac Bruce on a two-year contract, according to NFL Network's Adam Schefter.
He's a No. 1 receiver again. Bruce, 35, isn't the sensationally reliable wideout he once was, but can still run routes with the best of 'em. He's averaged 65 catches and 915 yards per season in Scott Linehan's offense 2006-2007. Now back under Mike Martz's watch, it wouldn't be a surprise if his numbers improve. He's looking like a legitimate fantasy WR3/4 fantasy again.
