I think he should be near the top of the Rams Free Agent list. He is a UFA capped year or not. With Manny Lawson and Parys Harslon signed Brooks could be expendable. Fills 2 needs at SLB and a pass rusher. Even though he plays in a 3-4 he started off playing as a 4-3 SLB with the Bengals. He would stand up first and second down, but play with his hand in the ground plenty because that is where he excels as a pass rusher since he was originally a DE. He does have some character issues, but I think he is the type of guy Devaney talked about before being a lower character guy he would take a risk on.
