Another Draft Day Option
How about one of these scenarios?
1.Take the obvious pick Suh #1 in the draft.
2. Trade with Tampa move back two spots and take the QB of your choice plus get Tampa’s second round pick.
3. Trade with Seattle for the sixth pick, take whichever QB is left Clausen or Bradford plus the 14th pick in the draft to address another need.

Re: Another Draft Day Option
i'd like #3, not sure it would go down though. not interested in #2.

Re: Another Draft Day Option
Re #3, I'm not sure we'd have either one available with both Seattle and Washington ahead of us.
I'd prefer #1 to #2, but that's because I want Suh. If the current regime was looking at Clausen, or was having a tough time choosing between the two, obviously I think we need to try hard to move back to orchestrate something like your scenario #2.

Re: Another Draft Day Option
The 1st one.
#3 will never happen why would we give our division rival that we cannot beat a chance to get Suh?
#2 might happen but i think its time that me make a powerful statement and get into the faces of opposing offenses and get Suh.

We would only have Washington in need of a QB in front of us. We would get the Seattles pick..Last edited by jerseyramsfan; -01-13-2010 at 09:01 PM.

Re: Another Draft Day Option
I picked the first one.
I don't want the Rams to draft a QB with the First pick or the Bucs pick at #3.
Now if they traded down to the Bucs at 3 then traded down to the Seahags for another 2nd round pick go for it. Let them start over with the new Rookie QB. Jump ahead of Washington for the QB of the future.
I would do that for extra picks to rebuild this team faster.
The O-line needs help badly! Only for sure starters are "G" Bell & "C" Brown . J. Smith not sure about , Greco or Goldburg not sure about playing other "G" spot or "RT". Will A. Barron be resigned.

Re: Another Draft Day Option
I would go with 1. Suh is just to hard to pass up. You don't get many chances to draft a player like him at any position but when you do you must take it.
The only way I would draft a QB is if there was a sure fire franchise QB in the draft and this year I don't think there is one. Go with Suh!

Re: Another Draft Day Option
I like the but seahawks would never do that because they are drafting a LT...
And more than likely the top LT prospect will be av at their pick

Re: Another Draft Day Option
This team is seriously lacking talent on both sides of the ball, so lets take the best talent in the draft if we can

Re: Another Draft Day Option
#1 Obviously.
Quality > Quantity, you want a potential dynasty in the future, then stick with Suh and we'll find better players to draft afterwards or even the FA.

Re: Another Draft Day Option
My order would go like:
#3
#1
#2
Two first round picks? Sounds pretty good to me. Doubt Seattle would ever agree to that though.
