    Av's Are-You-Freakin'-Kidding-Me EARLY 2015 Draft Watch List

Just for the fun of it (and so I can see if, in about 9 months, my list holds true), here are 6 players I have my eye on for 2015:

    Ben Koyack, TE, Notre Dame
This is Lance Kendricks' final year on his contract, and I doubt he'll be a priority to re-sign. Koyack, who is a 6'5, 261 lb. blocking TE from the Irish TE Factory known as Notre Dame, would be a good guy to pair with Jared Cook.

    Antwan Goodley, WR, Baylor
Remember this guy's name, as I think he's going to be a significant prospect come next year. He has one of the oddest builds for a WR: 5'10, 225 lbs. Looks like a RB... runs and catches like a WR.

    Danny Shelton, DT, Washington
Another guy who might be not fit in the Rams' long-term cap plans is Kendall Langford. With Brockers and Donald starting, it would be nice to have a 327 run stopper like Shelton in the rotation for short yardage situations.

    Denzel Perryman, LB, Miami (FL)
After a year of being irrelevant during draft weekend, the U will return with Perryman, who could be a first round prospect. He is a tackling machine who lacks ideal height (6'0) but has a real nose for the ball.

    Jordan Jenkins, OLB, Georgia
If the Rams feel like Jo-Lonn Dunbar needs to be upgraded, why not bring in Alec Ogletree's former teammate? Jenkins is another in a long line of athletic and talented LBs to come from UGA.

    Kurtis Drummond, FS, Michigan State
If the Rams still need a "center fielder" come next year, Drummond could be a good option. Nice size (6'1, 200) and a big part of a stellar MSU defense.

Just curious and wondering, how early do NFL scouts start scanning collegiate players? A year? Two?

TE Koyack looks like a good prospect.

Anyone else see this picture and think of one of the aliens from the original Men In Black? I don't remember which one, but I instantly saw the picture and MiB came to mind....

    Anyways, carry on lol.

    LOL! Poor kid.

Maybe this pic is better. Ben Koyack being interviewed after W over Navy 38-34 last year. Caught TD pass.

Only one to watch for me is Todd Gurley .... He's a Peterson in the making... That be said I know we won't get a chance to draft him... The Mason pick put an end to that... Not that he's that good but between him and Stacy we won't have the need...

Good list, I am still high on Perryman as well.

Another name I would add personally would be Amari Cooper WR, Alabama. Guy is a pure stud and if our WR's under perform this year I think he would be a great addition. Hopefully it doesn't come down to that though.
