    B. Lloyd?

Its about and hour and a half away from FA so I'm board and looking to kill the time. I know Lloyd is described as a Locker Room issue, but Fisher doesn't seem to mind those as he can keep them in check. Lloyd had good chemistry with Sammy B in 2011, and he would be better (more proven at least) than anyone else on the roster currently.

Oh also NE want him gone, Bolden got a 6th, should be able to get Lloyd for a 7th. Would you want to go down this road??

If they cut him, I would make a run at him for sure. Not sure I like his current contract.

I think Llyod is due a $3 million dollar bonus by the end of March. The Pats won't pay him. I say wait and see...cat and mouse...etc.....

Lloyd didn't produce great results when he was here in an offense he was previously effective in, so I don't see much reason to give him another shot in a different scheme. Been there, done that.

Wow.....when he was here I remember thinking, he was the best WR we'd had since Torry Holt left. I guess I must've been sleep walking again.

Brandon Lloyd for the Rams was kinda like karaoke night. Everybody ends up being so terrible, that when a half decent singer goes up, you're like, "wow, that guys pretty good". but he's not.

Actually, he was the best receiver we'd had since Torry Holt. If that's karaoke to you, then so be it. But I remember him being one of the only reasons to watch Ram games at that time.

I agree, I went back and looked at 2011 highlights basically to see what Derain Stewart play looked like because we may keep him. But all you see is Lloyd making plays. He and Bradford never really practiced during the week as Sam was in that boot. But heck he makes plays.

Derain Stewart did have one nice pick 6.

    Re: B. Lloyd?

Lets be real, Lloyd was solid here.

I would welcome him back only at a REALLY cheap price.

Thanks for inadvertently making my point Rambos. Not sure what Nick and Koakoi didn't like about Brandon Lloyd, but obviously a video is worth a thousand words.

    Brandon Lloyd Released, Any Takers?

    Per rotoworld

    Patriots released WR Brandon Lloyd.
This move isn't as much of a surprise anymore after it's been rumored to be a possibility for weeks now. 31-year-old Lloyd didn't have a bad season by any means in his lone year with the Patriots, but he reportedly had "erratic behavior" that some in the organization thought he might actually be bipolar. Lloyd didn't stretch the field in New England at all, and he doesn't create yards after the catch. Lloyd, Darrius Heyward-Bey, and Julian Edelman are at the top of the free-agent receiver market after the big six have already signed.
I would approve of bringing Lloyd back definitely. Him & Sam had a great rapport, and we did make efforts to re-sign him last year if I do recall correctly.

He can still play as evident by his stats last year (86 catches, 1,013 yards, 5 Tds including playoffs)

I am all for offering him a 2 year deal or so. Anyone else interested in bringing back BLoyd?
