Banta-Cain also visited along with Bennett

Sounds like were going to get Bennett and Banta-Cain, making three new rams only 2 days into free agency.

I hope so, that would be a very good start. Caine could push Chillar for the starting SLB spot, but it also provides solid depth at LB. I thought Bennett was the top WR free agent; Curtis may be faster, but Bennett is a better possession receiver IMO.

Yeah, i agree....I want us to sign both of these guys K. Curtis is 5'11 compared to D. Bennett 6'5. So i like Bennett over Curtis, so who cares if we lose Curtis. Also, i agree that Banta-Cain will add alot of depth at LB and also could start over Chillar for us next year. I dont like Brandon Chillar he hasnt done anything since hes been here, so if we sign Banta-Cain..i hope he gives Chillar a run for his money.

Why is it taking so long to hear anything, all these other teams that had players visit are making deals. I saw and article with 6-7 teams wanting to bring in Banta-Cain. If he's thats popular take and chance and sign the deal. Same thing with Bennett, if we let him get out without a deal he'll probably be wearing a ***** unifrom next year!

News just broke of the Bennett signing. See the sticky in the Rams Talk forum. I believe that article also said Banta-Cain left town with an offer but is seeing what else is out there.

Bah, I just heard that Banta-Cain, is visting the whiners. If they get him I hope they have to pay as much as they did for Clement!
