I love the 1st round choice is Micheal Crabtree
If we dont take an OT with the 2nd pick we are taking one in the 2nd round so i predict Beatty instead.
3rd round is fine
4th round since we did not go for a LB in the 2nd we go for one now in Scott McKillop
5th round nathan brown is okay
FB is fine in the 6th
Mike Godson? why would we draft a player we know is not going to be on team cuz we have enuff RBs (S-Jax, Pittman, Leonard, Darby)

Not bad when it comes to FA signings
I dont think Holt will be cut (unless he demands to) even if Crabtree is drafted
WHY IN THE WORLD WOULD WE CUT PISA?

Cap Room and he isn't worth his contract with Spoon starting at the WLB. I think he could get resigned for less money like we did to James Hall. Rams really don't have a clear cut number 2 back. Goodson adds speed which we don't have in our backfield. I think 6 tackles could go off the board in the first, So Beatty and Britton may be gone. Vernon Carey can play Left and Right Tackle so our need for a tackle decreses.
Re: Beastly Mock Offseason 3.0
Not a big fan of that plan. Not enough emphasis on the interior lines.

Are u trying to say that a 7th rounder is going to be the #2 guy?
if your not still pittman is the speed guy. Your 6th rounder is Quinn Johnson which would mean the our 2nd round pick in 2006 Brian Leonard will be #2.

NO MATTER WHAT WE ARE TAKING AT LEAST OL IN THE 1ST TWO ROUNDS.
Also we will address our interior line somwhere in the draft as well maybe in the 7th.

Wouldn't Aaron Curry be the better pick up? Crabtree at 2 is far to risky.

Crabtree far to risky??????
This guy is a sure thing. he has the work ethic right now he knows he cannot run the 40 yard fast so he is working our with an olympic sprinter.
The guy will earn his paycheck in Yards After Catch. He could be like another action jackson. He is very comparable to Fitzgerald

You can't teach speed Crabtree is not a burner he is a possession guy like you said who will fight for yards with that said sthats the only thing you can compare with him and Fitz is YAC.
I don't see him worthy as a top 5 pick with how deep the WR class is.

He has the hieght to go up and get the ball he got mad hopz!
If we do get Crabtree we should keep HHolt to mentor young Crabtree.
Did you watch the Senior Bowl?????????????
Graham Harral was horrible without Crabtree! Crabtree's the type of guy Bulger would want to throw to whent he game is on the line. See Santonio Holmes.
Did you see the Texas Tech vs. Texas how he finished the game?

I have the Senior Bowl on tape haven't watched it as of yet.
Yes Crabtree is very imposing against other college kids because his physical presence but here is the kicker he will be going up against guys that are either just as physical or faster. Not saying he will be a bad WR I just think he isn't worthy of a top 5 pick because he isn't going to have a huge impact. Tell me how many WR taken in round 1 make huge impacts their rookie year?
Crabtree would be a nice fit along side Donnie avery but with the depth of WR in this years class WR doesn't look like a glaring need.
I believe the Rams should grab Curry because he is head and shoulders above the best LB in the class a very thin class I might add.
Rams could go
2.Curry
35.Beatty, Britton, Mack
66.Brian Robiskie, Ramses Barden, Phil Loadholt, Antonie Caldwell.

LT- Pace, Barron

C- Hangartner

RT- Carey, Barron
Not all stars, but they are young guys with potential. Bell is cemented at LG for at least a little longer with his contract. Hangartner did a good job filling in Kalil and keeping the Panthers running game going. Rhomberg could also be brought back cheap as a decent backup, where he is best suited. Grecco, Setterstom, or Schuening all could claim the starting RG spot. There is alot of potential and young talent that could step up there IMO. Regardless thats 3 new starters and baking on better play from Bell, we have a much better line.

Calvin Johnson in 10 games 756 yards and 4 touchdowns. Larry Fitzgerald 780 yards and 8 tds. Andre Johnson 976 yards and 4 tds. Dwayne Bowe 995 yards and 5 tds. Randy Moss 1,300 yards and 17 touchdowns. Torry Holt 788 yds and 6 touchdowns. I think thats a pretty good group.

I know thats what they said about Jerry Rice
he came from a small program
he did not have enough speed
However, those damn whinners went ahead and drafted him. What a bunch of idiots...LOL
