Bernie: Rams looking OT in Round One, Update on Aeneas, Dishman, Nutten

Some notes from Bernie...

Quote:
As of now -- and obviously, it could change -- the Rams are looking hard at OTs at No. 19.

That Oklahoma OT is a nasty one. Bring him in here.

Cheers,
Bernie

Aeneas isn't in the Rams' plans.
It's expected that Nutten and Dishman will retire.

Cheers,
B

I'd like to see Aeneas become a coach.I think he has more knowledge of the secondary than the guy we just hired.Sorry forgot his name. But I think Aeneas could eventually be head coach,or at least a D-coordinator. The Rams should keep him on as some kind of assistant.Really going to miss his play. :ramlogo: :ramlogo: :ramlogo:

Seiler, are you also getting the same feeling that I am that the Rams will take Khalif Barnes who "has the most upside?" There's something about that phrase that just scares me.

I believe I read somewhere that Jamaal Brown hasn't allowed a sack in 2 years. If true, I think I know where Bulger's vote would go.

Re: Bernie: Rams looking OT in Round One, Update on Aeneas, Dishman, Nutten

I am going to miss Aeneas if this bit from Bernie is true. Aeneas was a serious playmaker and leader. I am going to miss seeing him on the field. He would make a good coach. I hope the Rams think about offering him a coaching position.

Nutten is not going to be here either. Depressing news, but not really unexpected. At least he came and helped the Rams out last year. Nutten played through injuries with a lot of heart.

Yes, I'm getting this feeling too. If the Rams take Barnes in the first round, especially if they do so over Brown, I'm going to be pretty ticked.
