    Billy Devaney Chat

Right near the beginning is where he says it. I don't want you to just listen for that, it's an overall great chat about the upcoming draft. I don't know what we're going to do!

By the way, great first topic following the draft chat, eh?

EDIT: In the mentioning of when every player left the room, he left out Jake Long as one of the players he would say "We need to take him". Now, that is either because he really wants him and doesn't want to alert this to other teams AKA the Miami Dolphins or he just doesn't feel that way about him. It's true, this whole draft debacle is one big poker game.

Re: Billy Devaney: "We have no questions about Dorsey. None"

That sound like exactly the kind of thing a GM would say if he was either planning to take a player or wanted other teams to think that he was planning to take a player.

    Exactly.

    You kill me, man.

As to the credence I place in Devaney's comment, I must consult my calendar. Let me see, where did I put it...oh yea, here we go. Okay.......it's Spring time, and today is Friday, which of course, ends in "y", so........

It's hard to take what Devaney says here seriously with no team doctors report on Dorsey. His statement was wide open, non-specific and smells like smoke to me, which is what would be expected a week before the draft.

...I'm not sure what exactly we're supposed to take from an interview with one of our front office guys nine days before the draft.

I'm starting to feel better now that Rams are not taking Glen Dorsey.....there is just way "too much buzz" about Rams taking Dorsey and your GM-Devaney is really going out of his way to brag on Dorsey, downplay injury history, etc., etc......

I now believe this is just a bunch of "smoke" and Rams are deathly quiet on Chris Long front.....Rams are taking a Long with Jake Long #1 and Chris Long #2-

anyway, that is what I think today(Friday at 4:30pm EST) - ask me tomorrow and it will be something totally different...

If you replace the word "question" with the word "interest", you may have the whole truth. Perhaps.
