The "Build the 2007 Rams Defense" Game

Here are the rules:

*List your starting lineup for the Rams defense in 2007.

You can add to the current roster:

1. One high-priced FA (see my "Hot List" on my sig).

2. Either:

a) One "Blue Chip" rookie who reasonably could be there at the #13 pick and one second-tier rookie (someone who could be there in the second round)

or

b) One "Blue Chip" rookie who the Rams would have to trade up to get (i.e. Branch, Anderson, Adams).

3. One second-tier FA (not from my Hot List).

You can also move players from one position to another (i.e. Alston from LB to S).

Wroten and Grant add some beef to the starting defensive line. Prior to the 2005 disaster season of the Saints Grant was a 10-sack guy. Posluszny makes our linebacker unit one to be feared. Nose tackle will still be an early draft priority because we don't have depth there, and questions still linger as to whether Kennedy is a long-term solution. Alston moves to safety but doesn't start yet.

AV what is the deal, why do you think Glover will play better next year?

Glover played okay at times. I'd like to see Wroten beat him out for the spot, but I think that may be a couple of years away.

i dont think Glover may play better, but with the limitations on this game he might have to be left in the lineup
