Rams might stay away but I bet the Bears jump all over this and if they do, they are at the top of the NFC Central and maybe the best in the NFC.

That's pretty scary. Plus they have a decent RB and TE to go with it. Combined with that defense, and you would have to say that the Bears would be favored to represent the NFC in the Super Bowl. If they do and win it, then the Cutler trade would be worth it to every Bear fan in existense.

I say we jump all over him. 90% of the guys in the league carried weapons before this happened. He just had the misfortune of getting caught in one of the worst cities to get caught in. Yes, he is dumb to carry a loaded weapon into a night club. Tank johnson didn't go to jail for having unlicensed ak-47's in his car and home. Plax just so happened to do it in NYC, where they don't tolerate this a well. Gun charges vary from state to state.
He will get a second chance, it probably won't be with us, but that doesn't mean we shouldn't

Rotoworld said HOlt didn't want to play in Chi town as of today.

Holt probably wants on a team where he has a chance at a title.

I am thinking if Boldin leaves he will jump on there.

Otherwise Holt could be a Giant, Eagle, Colt, Charger, Cowboy

Eagles, Colts, and Chargers are most likely not going to show intrest. The Giants may get into it, but right now the front runner is Tennesse.

Buress is most likely not even playing this year especially if he faces jail time. He is going to get a hefty suspension at least 8 games. He won't be going to anyones camp with all this legal stuff going on. He may not even play in 09

Burress is going to jail, he won't be playing. He will most likely end up being a Raider or Cowboy when he gets out. haha

He doesn't fit the four pillars. Can't take him at this point. He's flat out just too good a ball player for this team. Keep rebuilding....

Burress wasnt just carrying a gun. He shot a gun in public. That is not the same thing. There is no shot (to coin a phrase) that we will take this guy. None whatsoever. Burress was hardly a model citizen before the gun situation.
