Dude. Your seriously not seeing the big picture. The Refs are obviously the best team in the SEC and they beat the Hawkeyes.
I dont think those were even SEC referees. Stop complaining. You're just mad that Bama beat Iowa the last time they played

I just received a message from the Artificial Intelligence program that runs ClanRam. It told me that if you guys don't stop this silliness, its going to take its own cyber-life.

I'm glad to see the improved numbers. It gives us more options at #11, and I would be happy with Greenway assuming none of the other coveted players are there.

QUESTION: Greenway suffered a major knee injury at one time, didn't he? I guess that's a non-issue at this point? Knee injuries always concern me.

Greenway ... In 2002 ... suffered knee injury near the end of spring practice and had major, re-constructive surgery . . . did not see action in first four games of the season

2003 ... Started at linebacker in all 13 games

2004 ... started at linebacker in all 12 games

2005 ... started at linebacker in all 12 games

So it hasn't bothered him at all.

The SEC is a good conference, but I'm afraid Ole Miss, MS. St., and U of K's combined 9-24 may question your last statement.

Vanderbilt doesnt count. Ole Miss and Miss St. are competitive in most games. Arkansas...ehhh...they're off and on. Kentucky....they dont count either. ;-)

Tell me though. Would USC or Texas have gone undefeated if they had played LSU, Auburn, Alabama, Tenessee, Florida, or Georgia last season? SEC teams go through tough schedules and pretty much beat up on eachother during the year.

Um. Yea probrably. You underestimate those teams and overestimate the SEC!

I would respect your assesment, but the only SEC team that you saw play all season was Florida when they BEAT Iowa. I'm afraid that you probably didnt see LSU DESTROY Miami or see Bama's D SHUT DOWN Texas Tech's power house offense.

If a team goes undefeated in the SEC, they deserve immediate consideration for a shot at the National Title. Just look how SEC teams did this season against other teams. I believe there were 5-6 SEC teams in bowl games and I believe that only Auburn and South Carolina lost. That's pretty good.

Let's get this back on track though. Greenway as a SLB makes me worry. I'd much rather see a trade down for Pope at TE or maybe Bobby Carpenter.

Yea Miami isn't in the Big 10 so I don't know where you got that from and I'm not even going to talk about the Refs being Iowa anymore because you obviously didn't watch it.

I was referring to your assesment that I overrestimate SEC teams.

I didn't say I overrate the SEC teams. I said that the conference is overrated.

When that many teams are that good in one conference, you cant be overrated. It's the best conference in the NCAA easily. The defenses are the best in the league and the history is unmatched.
