For those of you who live outside the SEC world, there are a lot of SEC fans who believe the SEC is, without debate, the greatest conference to ever play the game. I've heard with my own two ears SEC fans say that the best SEC teams could beat the worst NFL teams.

The idea that the best college team, let alone the best sec team, could beat the worst nfl team, is an idea hatched from a seriously diseased mind. Get one of these loons on our board and lets see how he holds up.

By the way, who would win a 100 yard dash in a race between ralph freidgen and phil fullmer.

When the Hurricanes were winning their national championships, callers on local radio shows used to make this argument all the time. You should have heard Hank Goldberg berating those callers!

While I do believe that the SEC is the best conference in the nation, I know for a fact that no college team could beat an NFL team. As for Montgomery, I prefer Mobile any day.

SEC fans are not normal fans though. We are a different breed.

Tell me though. Would USC or Texas have gone undefeated if they had played LSU, Auburn, Alabama, Tenessee, Florida, or Georgia last season? SEC teams go through tough schedules and pretty much beat up on eachother during the year.

Thats what i said all year about any coference.

So in an attempt to try and get this a bit back on topic, has anyone seen some CONFIRMED pro day results for Greenway that they can link to?

I disagree. I think Hawk put up 24 or something, which was very good.

Per NFL.com, Greenway lifted 19 reps, ran 4.58 and 4.62. He strained a hamstring and did not run the shuttles (sidebar: I can't wait until someone labels him as "injury prone" over this.). He broad jumped 10 feet and verticaled 38 inches.

In addition, Hodge ran 4.69 and 4.66. He lifted 25 reps.
