I like Givens at that spot. I think he's got a lot of potential, and Manning will bring it out.

If Givens was available I would have taken him for the Texans.

Re: ClanRam Insiders Mock Draft - Official Discussion Thread
The one thing (well, not one thing, but the main thing) that has bothered me about our mock is the Ingram drop. I just don't see how he falls to #26. Now, I may be the initial perpetrator of this debacle. By allowing the Jags' owner, Shahid Khan, to grab his Chicago based WR instead of Ingram, I may have started the descent.
I still feel the Jags could go either way, but come draft day, we may well be 19 spaces off relative to Ingram.

Maybe, but maybe not. Strange things happen in the draft. Aaron Rodgers sat for about 20 picks longer than he should have. I don't think many, if any, predicted Tyson Alualu as being a first round pick, especially not 10th overall.
You could find teams are wary of Ingram's height and arm length

Yeah, I really don't see how he escapes the Top 20 in this draft. If he makes it by the Jags, I could see Arizona, Dallas, New York, and San Diego all making him their pick. But you never know until the draft itself.

Houston let Mario Wiliams walk because their defense did a fine job without him....If you want to add depth in a pass rusher you can clearly do that in round 2 or 3....
WR for the Texans is probably the highest priory and secondary help would be next...
I cant see how you can validate this pick

"With the 26th pick in the 2012 NFL Draft, the Houston Texans select Whitney Mercilus, linebacker, Illinois."
Why did no one take this bet??? :D
