    Here are some of the results for similar players in recent years:

    Sheldon Richardson 30 reps
    Fletcher Cox 30 reps
    Geno Atkins 34 reps
    Gerald McCoy 23 reps

    I'd say that 30 reps would be a very good result.

    he supposed to be quite the gym rat, and with arms as short as his, I'd be disappointed with anything under 30. He'd make a good statement with 35. And 40 would make him serious money.
