    Cooley ANYONE

    Just think his skill set and leadership could be usefull in St. Louis. I know he's not the same player as 2008 but he does have a lot of value to a yound team with young TE.

    If we can get him cheap I think he could find his way on this roster.

    I agree there are a lot of post with guys that have a name. The difference is that Cooley can still play this game at a high level. He can block play full back and get down field a make a catch. The only question about Cooley is can he stay healthy.

    Its not like I brought up these names

    Vince Young
    TO
    Gerrard Warren
    Albert Haynesworth
    Jabar Gaffney
    Roscoe Parrish

    and so on...

    At least Cooley can still play...

    Jabar Gaffney could play -- Cooley can't block, is coming off horrible injuries, and the Redskins don't want him...

    I am pretty sure he him never play again at age 30

    The SKINS have salary cap issues. Cooley was set to be paid $ 4 million this season. Fred Davis is the starter and the Skins could not afford to keep Cooley on at 4 million.
