    Just my opinion, but talent is talent regardless of physical characteristics. If at 6'7 (which is indeed a tall OLB), he can hack it at OLB in a 3-4 (which really is similar to a 4-3 DE), then so be it. Everybody said Fletcher was too short to be a LB too.
