He's a fiesty guy on the field but i've heard he's a high character guy off of the field. I'd like him here, Our D needs an identity and he could help.

He can be the biggest loudmouth ever to step foot on the football field, if he keeps his nose clean off it (no history of legal issues to my knowledge) and doesn't disrupt team chemistry (again, no history), he can flap at the lips all he wants.. He's a damn good player who would immediately upgrade the pass defense.
I'm all in.
Thank you xpmar. What I have been saying for the longest time. That Andre Johnson fight meant nothing, fault was on both ends. Finnegan is type of player you want on your team. He is physical, touch, and a great player and not dirty at all
More on Finnegans status from Rotoworld
Come to StL FinnyQuote:
Despite the Titans' recent front office shuffle, free agent CB Cortland Finnegan still believes he won't be re-signed.
The Titans promoted GM Mike Reinfeldt to senior executive vice president last week and named Ruston Webster their new general manager, but Finnegan still believes he's not in the team's future plans. The Titans may indeed be averse to giving Finnegan a long-term deal, but he's a strong candidate to be franchise tagged, which would earn him $10.3 million in 2012.
Well Finny, if you leave TN... please go to STL. I'm from Bloomington, IL and get all STL games on TV. Rams are my favorite NFC and most my family root for the Rams. Finny would fit in perfect with you guys.
