Scouts Inc and NFL Draft Scout are both citing multiple sources that DB Jason Allen's hip is a significant red flag again, with Scouts Inc even reporting that Allen has failed two private physicals with NFL teams. He could be back in the second round.

Alot of teams have different types of physical workouts.
e.g - Toniu Fonoti had all but signed for the raiders but he failed a physical and then passed one with the Bucs and signed with them.

Allen will pass some physicals but some teams are stricter than others
