*DECISION 2007* - Stage 3: The Final Election!
Okay, we've narrowed it down to 3. Who's it going to be, Clan?

I accidentally clicked and voted Willis, but of those three right NOW I choose Okoye, it'll be different if we trade for Kris Jenkins.

Re: *DECISION 2007* - Stage 3: The Final Election!
This is tough. Who do the RAMS want at 13 or who will they pick?
Have to go Branch, because I doubt Okoye is there. Not even sure Branch will be there. This space for rent...

Re: *DECISION 2007* - Stage 3: The Final Election!
It came down to Okoye and Willis for me. I don't think that we have any shot of getting Okoye unless we trade up for him, so Willis was the natural choice. As for Branch he reminds me too much of Jimmy Kennedy. As much as I still support Kennedy I don't think we need another one of him on the team.

Re: *DECISION 2007* - Stage 3: The Final Election!
For those not voting for Okoye because you don't think he's going to be there, I don't believe that's something that's meant to be taken into consideration. Maybe Av can correct me if I'm wrong here, but I think the point is to just vote for the guy you'd want the Rams to take, not to eliminate guys because you don't think they'll be there.

I voted for Willis, because I've been preaching all off-season that we won't find the immediate help we need through the draft. ANd especailly cause I'm praying we get Jenkins!

Re: *DECISION 2007* - Stage 3: The Final Election!
Okay, I went Okoye, too. Even if he was the same age as the rest of the draft class, he'd be a tempting prospect, but the fact that we can almost guarantee he'll get bigger and stronger makes him that much harder to ignore. Unfortunately, I'm not that optimistic as to whether he'll be available when we pick. I'm still on the fence with regards to Branch. I'm not convinced he's as big a risk as people make him out to be (I think we've got busts on the brain a little bit too much), but neither have I heard enough to be totally convinced he'll be successful--and you really do want to be sold on your first draft pick.

I went with Okoye, but in realsies (Not sure how available he'll be), Carriker and Aanderson are my men.

Re: *DECISION 2007* - Stage 3: The Final Election!
I don't think it will be any of them, but the most likely to still be there a 13 is Branch.

Re: *DECISION 2007* - Stage 3: The Final Election!
A second rd. pick for Jenkins, would allow us the chance to draft LB Willis at no. 13. If he's still available! This would address 2 areas of need on D. BUT, Bills are likely to take him at 12.
