When is the cut-off date for declaring? Last year I believe it was Jan. 15th. I'm waiting to see about Taylor Lewan, whom I think is still an underclassman. That, plus the return to school of Jake Matthews which I didn't know about, could impact our ability to draft an O-Lineman in round 1.
