With the recent workouts the draft could be shaping up nicely for the Rams. With a mid pick you want a run on positions you don't have needs in, to push your need areas down. With the QB and RB workouts going well, it looks like two QBs and 3RBs will be gone before the Rams draft. What the Rams need is for the WR position to keep doing well Williams/Williamson, and Clayton all need to get above 19. The last position that could push things in the right direction for the Rams are the 3-4 players (big DE's, LB/DE tweeners) moving up. That would mean that CBs and OT's are moving down. If this happen the Rams should have their choice in the 1st, and I would argue for them to move up in the upper regions of the 2nd to get another potential early starter (using their 3rd at 19 and their 2nd for a higher 2nd - which works out about right in the draft value board.. this gets even more doable if they have a compensatory third).
